Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with staff, community providers, and other campus partners in the planning, implementation, and coordination of care of clients.

  • Develops plans focused on client needs through evidence interventions.

  • Provides intensive case management, mentoring, trauma informed treatment and/or other therapeutic interventions.

  • Assists in the off-campus treatment referral process with guidance on various issues.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$27.21 - $43.56 / Hourly
