Sentara Health is currently seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative I for the Pharmacy Call Center.
Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday,8:00AM to 6:00PM EST (must be able to work within listed hours)
Overview
Responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients. Primarily responsible for handling incoming calls to effectively address issues related to either member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues or patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling.

Certification/Licensure

Experience
Customer Service - 2 years Required
Previous data entry experience Required
Call center experience Highly Preferred
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $16.35 - 23.08$. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
