Fleetwood Post Acute is a 103-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, and just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Degree in associated field of practice preferred
• Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction and execute requests efficiently.

Your day to day:

Assisting the Physical Therapy team with preparing residents for therapy treatments as needed. Communicate with supervisor and other health team members and greet families as needed.
