Day ShiftDescription:
As a Registered Nurse within our Neurosurgery Clinic, you will be responsible for providing care with compassion and kindness, while promoting a positive patient experience. This position will help support post-op appointments, patient rooming, surgery clearances and various other clinical tasks. You will also be expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.
To be an ideal candidate, you should have well developed critical-thinking skills; able to make quality decisions and take appropriate action in stressful situations, while still providing a high-quality level of care. In addition, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Additional Information:
Our Neurosurgery Clinic is located on the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center campus in Boise, off of I-184 and Curtis Road.
The schedule for this position will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8-hour shifts.
General Requirements:
Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
Education:
An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
License/Certification:
Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
