Weekend Laundry Aide – Part-Time

Are you looking for a meaningful part-time role that offers a sense of purpose and a supportive environment? Join our team as a Weekend Laundry Aide, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our residents comfortable and cared for—one freshly folded sheet at a time.

What You’ll Do:

• Help create a clean, cozy environment by providing residents with fresh linens and clothing

• Make laundry day easier for residents by collecting, sorting, treating, washing, drying, and folding items with care

• Ensure each item is in great condition—removing any that don’t meet our quality standards

• Label new residents’ clothing to keep everything organized and personal

• Deliver freshly laundered items directly to residents’ rooms, brightening their day

• Follow all sanitary and safety processes to keep yourself and others safe

• Keep laundry supplies well-stocked and organized

• Report any equipment issues so we can keep everything running smoothly

What You’ll Bring:

• A high school diploma or GED

• One year of experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person)

• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift

The Work Environment:

You’ll be working in a calm, supportive setting where teamwork is valued. You'll use commercial-grade washers and dryers while maintaining a low to moderate noise level. We provide reasonable accommodations for those who need them.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience and education.
